Helpful Hints

Be sure your application is completely filled out and has both the signatures of the Legal Guardian/Parent and the participant on it.

02.

When completing applications that will be mailed to us, write as clearly as you can to help reduce the risk of important registrations information being input incorrectly. This is especially important on birthdates and email addresses.

03.

Call our office direct, if you have any questions, comments or concerns. Our travel assistants are happy to help you get registered for the trip and to relay information to you about the trip you are planning on registering for. This includes trip directors or leaders, trip dates and other important details.

Applications can be printed and then filled out and mailed directly to us at

Scanned

Applications can be printed and filled out then scanned using your mobile or tablet to return the application to us, without having to send it by post. Please send all scanned applications to us at admin@ettours.com

03.

Form Filler App

Some mobile devices and tablets will allow you to use a "form filler app" to directly fill out the application, which can then be emailed direct to us. These applications need to be emailed to us at admin@ettours.com.

Printable Application

All applications need to be filled out completely and returned to us with signatures, in order to register you or your traveler for the trip. We have created a few options for you to utilize, when returning completed applications.
