This charge is subject to the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOUR AND PARTICIPATION” as set forth in the related tour brochure and Terms and Conditions as outlined on this website. By submitting an online payment, I am agreeing and confirming that I have received the tour brochure and have read, understand, and agree to all the applicable “TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOUR AND PARTICIPATION” . In the event of tour cancellation, I understand that any refund amount will be subject to the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOUR AND PARTICIPATION” as set forth in the tour brochure. I hereby authorize and instruct Educational Tours and Travel Corporation to charge the amount detailed below.

NOTE:

  • Electronic payment via credit card does not receive the tour brochure cash/check price which includes a 2.9% discount,  If you do not want to submit a payment credit card payment via our online system (Square)  you can contact our office or you can contact your bank and have them send us a payment/check direct.
  • Payment via ACH Payment receives the tour brochure cash/check price.
  • We do not accept debit cards for online payments.  If you want to pay from an account linked to a debit card, please pay using ACH Payment or send a check via US mail.  By continuing with your online card payment, you confirm the card being used is a credit card.
