Bring your group to perform at a Disney or Universal property. Take a workshop with working professionals, step onto a park stage in front of a crowd that stopped to watch, and spend the rest of your days on the rides and the entertainment.
The Challenge
A performing group has a lot of moving parts. The travel has to be arranged, the equipment and the people have to arrive in the same place at the same time, and the group has to be ready to perform when the park says it is time. Most of that lands on you, in the hours left around rehearsal.
We plan all of it before you leave. Your transportation, hotel, meals, park tickets, and rooming are booked and confirmed in advance, and someone from our team can travel with your group to help keep performance day running on the park’s schedule. We help you prepare and submit your park application so it goes in complete and on time, and we work with your families directly on signups and payments, which keeps the money out of your hands entirely.

CUSTOM ITINERARY
What a real performance trip looks like:
Day 1 – Magic Kingdom
Open with the park most of the group came for, riding through the afternoon and staying out for the fireworks at the end of the night.
Day 2 – Workshop & EPCOT
Rehearse with a teaching artist in a studio on property, then give the rest of the day to EPCOT and the pavilions.
Day 3 – Performance Day
Load in on the window the park assigns, warm up backstage, and perform for the crowd that gathers, with the day free once the set is done.
Day 4 – Hollywood Studios
Close on the park where the stage shows run all day, then bring everyone together for a group dinner after the last ride.

The Experience
A park stage asks more of a student than a school auditorium does, because the people watching did not come to see them and have no reason to stay. Earning that crowd is a real accomplishment, and a student who pulls it off comes offstage knowing something about themselves that they did not know that morning. That confidence does not stay in the park. It shows up at the next audition, in the next rehearsal, and in how they carry themselves through the season that follows.
The workshop gives them the other half of it. They work with performers who understand the material, in the park where those performers work, and they get to ask what the job is really like. Everyone leaves with feedback from a professional and a clearer sense of how they can improve. Very few performers ever get a stage like this one, and taking it together is the kind of thing a group does once. Years later it is still the trip they bring up first.

Why ET Tours?
No two of our trips look quite the same, because we start with you. Tell us what you’re hoping your group takes away from it, and we’ll shape the trip around that, right down to the dates that work for your calendar.
The planner who quotes your trip stays with you through it. The same person who designs your proposal makes your revisions and can travel with your group on the road. You get one point of contact who knows your trip because they built it with you.
For families, that means a trip run by people who have done this for decades. We’ve been planning group travel for over 50 years, we’re accredited by SYTA, IATAN, ARC, and NTA, and every detail from transportation to accommodations is vetted before your group ever leaves. Our custom pricing is transparent, with no upsells and no surprises, and payment plans are available so cost never has to be the reason anyone stays home.
The Difference a Custom Trip Makes
With a packaged tour, you get a fixed schedule and it’s on you to make your group fit it. We’d rather do it the other way around, building the trip around your group and what they want out of it, so every day feels like it belongs there.
A few of our favorite theme parks
Disneyland Resort · Anaheim
Start on a stage at the park that opened first, then give the rest of the trip to Los Angeles and the coast. Anaheim keeps everything close together, which makes a group easier to move.
Walt Disney World · Orlando
Take the stage inside a resort that holds four theme parks, where the venues run from an outdoor plaza to a covered theater. Expect the largest audience of the three and the most to do on the open days.
Universal Studios
Work with professionals who spend their days in film and television, then carry what they give you onto a stage at a resort now running three theme parks. Leave the open days to the rides.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
FAQs
Does our group have to audition to perform?
Yes for a stage performance at either resort. You submit video of your group performing, along with your application and a photo of your performance attire, and the park’s entertainment team reviews it. Workshops are a different matter, and most do not require an audition at all. We help you put the submission together so it goes in complete the first time.
How far in advance should we apply?
Applications are accepted up to a year ahead of your performance date, and the slots are limited enough that early applications get the better selection of dates. A year out is ideal, and it also gives us room to hold hotel and air pricing before it climbs.
How many performers do we need?
The minimums are set by the park, not by us, and they differ between the two resorts and between programs. Some accept a group of around fifteen performers while others want closer to forty travelers in total. We check your numbers against the current requirements before you apply so you are not building a trip your group cannot fill. When will we know our performance date and time?
The park assigns the performance time rather than letting you choose it, and the confirmed time usually arrives a few weeks before you travel. Plan on the performance taking several hours of that day once
load-in and warm-up are counted. We build the schedule so the rest of that day stays flexible until the time comes back.
Can I watch my child perform?
Yes. These performances happen on park stages during normal operating hours, so anyone in the park that day can watch. If you are traveling with the group, we register you along with everyone else and make sure your ticket covers the performance date.
What is included in the price?
Your quote lays out exactly what is covered, typically transportation, accommodations, park admission, the performance or workshop fees, and many meals. Because every trip is custom, we make the full inclusions clear before you commit, so students only need spending money for souvenirs and personal extras.
How are students supervised inside the park?
Your student travels with named tour managers alongside your group’s own chaperones, with vetted transportation and accommodations throughout. Park days run on set meeting times and students move in chaperoned groups rather than alone, and a 24/7 emergency line reaches our team at any hour.
I went on my first Educational Tours trip in 1996 and again in 1999 as a high school student. Because of the core memory I wanted to give this opportunity to the next generation. This last year I started up the history tour back in the local towns high school and contacted Todd and his team. And you can see they have many years of experience and connections. They were so easy to work with and the communication was amazing. They did so much work and made this trip a success. We are looking forward to doing it again!

Last weekend we took our choir to Tuacahn with Educational Tours and had the best experience! They took care of everything – payments, tickets, dinners, workshops, hotels — all for such a reasonable price. Our group had a flawless trip. We would definitely do it again!
