Arrive in Nairobi and head straight into Nairobi National Park, where lions, giraffes, and rhinos roam within sight of the city skyline.
See the city from the rooftop of the Kenyatta International Convention Centre, then visit the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, the National Museum of Kenya, the Karen Blixen Museum, and the Giraffe Centre.
Stop at a Great Rift Valley viewpoint, then begin your first game drive on the way into the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Head back out for an evening drive.
Start with an optional sunrise balloon safari, then spend a full day on game drives, including the Mara River and the Tanzania border. Visit a Maasai village to learn about daily life.
Return to Nairobi and take a short flight to Diani Beach on Kenya’s south coast.
Spend a free day on the Indian Ocean, with optional boat trips, water sports, or a visit to a colobus monkey conservation center.
Drive to Ngutuni Sanctuary near Tsavo East, with a game drive on the way in and time to watch the lodge waterhole.
Head out on a morning game drive, a sundowner drive, and a final night drive by spotlight.
Return to Nairobi for flights home.
